Apple Banana Smoothie

"Thick and healthy fruit drink with apple, banana and orange juice."

Ingredients:

Bananas(peeled,chopped)-1
Apple(peeled,cored,chopped)-1
Orange juice-1/2 cup
Milk-1/4cup

Method:

In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.

Strawberry Smoothie

"You'll love this icy cold strawberry smoothie."

Ingredients:

Strawberries-8
Skim milk-1/2 cup
Yoghurt-1/2 cup
White sugar-3tbsp
Vanilla extract-2tbsp
Ice cubes-6

Method:

In a blender combine strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Toss in the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.









Orange Smoothie

A great drink for orange lovers, and a fun way to cool off!

Ingredients:

Fresh/Frozen orange juice concentrate(6 ounce) -1 can
Milk-1 cup
Water-1 cup
Vanilla extract -1tbsp
White sugar
Ice-5 to 10 cubes


Method:

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, milk, water, vanilla, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
