Bananas(peeled,chopped)-1
Apple(peeled,cored,chopped)-1
Orange juice-1/2 cup
Milk-1/4cup
Method:
In a blender combine frozen banana, orange juice, apple and milk. Blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.
