Mustard seeds-1/2tbsp

Peanuts-2tbsp
Urad wash(optional)-1/2tbsp
Turmeric pwdr-1/2tbsp

Corriander fresh leaves chopped
Roasted Sooji/Semolina-2cups
Boiled water-2-3 cups
Lemon juice-1tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add hing,mustard seeds,peanuts,channa dal saute till they are cooked then add urad wash,chopped fine ginger,chopped green chillies,curry leaves,salt then add roasted sooji saute for a minute and then add hot boiled water.Slowly stir continously so to avoid lumps.Mix well.
Cover it with lid and let it simmer for 5-8min on low heat.Add lemon juice if you desire.Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with chutney.
