Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:


Chicken(thigh),cut into small cubes-200g
Red dry chilles( slices)-2tbsp
Green bell pepper(chopped)-1 small
Onions(cut into cubes)-1small
Ajinamoto-1 pinch
Pepper powder-1tbsb
Egg-1
Chopped fineginger
Chopped fine garlic
Cashewnuts-5g
Vinegar-2tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1pinch
Cornflour-3tbsp
Oil-2tbsp
Soy sauce-2tbsp
Chilli garlic paste
Celery(finely chopped)
Spring onion(finely chopped)


Method:

Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add 1tbsp of cornflour,pinch of ajinamoto,salt to taste and add one egg.Mix all the ingredients together.Add little pepper pwdr.Mix again well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken.

In a pan take some sesame oil(you can use other oil also if you don't have sesame oil).Add dry red sliced chillies,chopped ginger and garlic,cashewnuts,diced onions,green bell pepper,chopped celery and spring onion,pepper powder.Add little chilli powder also if you like.Mix well.Add some soy sauce,little chilli garlic paste.Mix it well.

Add pinch of ajinamoto,little sugar and little bit of salt.Mix well and immediately add one small cup chicken stock/plain water (you can use plain water also instead of chicken stock).Bring it to nice boil.Add 1-2 tbsp of vinegar.

Now add fried chicken pieces to the mixture.Mix well.Now add 3-4 tbsp of cornflour(little cornflour mixed in water)to the mixture.Do not add too much. Mix it real good.Let it cook for few minutes on low heat till the sauce is thick.Serve hot.
