Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients:


Sabudana-2cups
Peanuts(roasted,grinded)-2cups
Potatao-1 large
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Corainder leaves
Green chillies chopped-6
Ghee/oil-1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours in water.Do not add a lot of water in sabudana while soaking, otherwise it becomes sticky.
Mix Sabudana, Peanut powder and salt.

Cut the potato in small cubes.Heat the oil.Add cumin seeds and the green chillies.Add potato cubes and fry it for 4-5 mins.Add the sabudana-Peanut mixture.
Stir continuously till the colour of sabudana is light golden.Let it simmer for 10-15min.Stir in between.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with a piece of lemon or yoghurt.
